Spread the Spirit of Christmas!

Is Transitional Housing right for you?Bless a Hillcrest resident or graduate this Christmas with Hillcrest's adoption program! Donors who adopt a family (or two!) are able to choose the size of the family to adopt and will be provided with the needs and wants lists. Then, donors set a time to drop off the unwrapped gifts for the families during. This is the perfect project for families and groups to take on and spread Christmas cheer!

In addition to family adoptions, Hillcrest offers two other ways you can bless others this holiday season:

  • Staff Stocking: Hillcrest staff works very hard year-round to make life better for the residents. We need office supplies and household items to work effectively. These would be items such as file folders, printer cartridges, highlighters, snow shovels for the houses, new fire extinguishers, and the like. If you would like to purchase an item for Hillcrest's staff while you are doing shopping for a resident, please indicate that on your form and we will send you a needs list. Thank you for helping the helpers!

  • Pantry Packing: Hillcrest is blessed with wonderful donors during the holiday season. However, during the year, our pantry runs low. Why not keep the Spirit of Christmas going by signing up to do a Food or Needs Pantry Drive sometime during the year? If one of every three Christmas donors would commit to “pantry packing,” our pantry would never be empty! You can sign up for a month/week of the year and pick up a list of needs when you drop off your Christmas presents.
